By making a reservation with us, either through our website, by email or in person, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Your participation in any of our services implies full acceptance of this agreement, which is designed to ensure that your experience is safe, transparent and memorable.

RESERVATION

Book your Adventure with Sayariq Travel Ready to live an unforgettable experience? Booking with Sayariq Travel is easy and fast. You can contact us in the following ways:

If you prefer to book directly through our website, please make sure you fill in all the requested information accurately. It is essential that your FULL NAME and PASSPORT NUMBER match exactly those that appear on your identity card or passport. Once payment has been confirmed, we will check availability and arrange the necessary permits for your trip.

Important note: Your reservation will be considered 100% confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Sayariq Travel to your email.

Reservation Confirmation

Once you make your reservation request with Sayariq Travel, confirmation will be subject to verification of the corresponding payment. In this process, we will provide you with a detailed document specifying all services included and excluded in your package.

If after our communication we do not receive an explicit answer or any objection from you, we will assume that you agree with our terms and conditions. In that case Sayariq Travel will not be liable for any misunderstandings or unforeseen circumstances that may arise therefrom.

Important note: We recommend that you read, understand and agree to our terms and conditions before confirming your reservation. We want your experience with us to be clear, exciting and hassle free.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Initial Deposit: To secure your tour or package reservation with Sayariq Travel, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. The amount of this deposit varies depending on the itinerary you choose. Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. Please note that a service charge of 5% will be applied for card payments and 8% for PayPal payments. By initiating your reservation, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and binding from the moment Sayariq Travel receives your complete details and verifies your deposit. At that moment, a binding contractual agreement is established between you and us, marking the official start of your next adventure.

Shared Responsibility: All persons included in the booking are jointly responsible for the agreement with Sayariq Travel. The person signing the contract acts as a representative of each individual mentioned in the booking, which means that all parties are informed and in agreement with our Terms and Conditions.

Required Reservation Information: Along with the non-refundable deposit, it is essential that you provide us with the following personal information during the reservation process:

  • Full name
  • Passport or ID number
  • Sex
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth

These details are essential to ensure that your Sayariq Travel experience is safe, organized and memorable.

PAYMENT POLICIES

At Sayariq Travel, we want your payment experience to be as smooth and exciting as your adventure. Here are our policies so that you are fully informed:

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept the following payment methods for both initial deposits and final payments:

  • Cash
  • Credit or Debit Cards
  • PayPal

Important: No traveler may begin the tour without having paid in full.

Balance or Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tour. You can make the payment in the following ways:

  • Cash
  • PayPal (an 8% charge applies)
  • Debit/Credit Card (5% fee applies)

Payment in Cash:
If you prefer to pay in cash, be sure to pay at least 48 hours before the tour.

We accept:

  • U.S. dollars
  • Peruvian soles

Note: Torn, ripped or damaged bills will not be accepted, regardless of the size of the damage.

Banking Commissions:

  • All bank commissions or transaction fees associated with your payment will be the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sayariq Travel, we understand that plans can change, so we want to make sure you know our cancellation policies clearly and transparently.

Cancellation Request:
  • All cancellation requests must be formally emailed directly to your sales consultant. It is important that the request is made by the same person who made the reservation and initial deposit.
  • Reservations confirmed with Sayariq Travel are non-refundable in case of cancellation for personal reasons, including conflicts or situations arising from romantic relationships. Therefore, we recommend that you make sure that your plans are well defined before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Fees:

At Sayariq Travel, we want you to be informed about our cancellation policies so that you can plan your trip with peace of mind. Below, we detail the applicable rates in case of cancellation:

Cancellations Fees payable by each traveler
Cancellation 10 weeks (70 days) in advance 25% of the total cost of the tour(s) booked.
Cancellation 5 weeks (35 days) in advance 50% of the total cost of the tour or tours booked.
Cancellation within 7 days prior to the trip 100% of the total cost of the tour(s) booked.
