Short Inca Trail, excellent route to reach Machu Picchu through the cloud forest and very rich in flora and fauna, with Inca archaeological sites, as well as CHACHABAMBA – WIÑAYWAYNA built by the Incas more than 500 years ago.

Pick up from the hotel from 4:00 to 4:15 am and transfer to Ollantaytambo, we will take the train to kilometer 104 and from there we will start our hike along the Inca trail visiting archaeological sites, as well as the various wild orchids along this beautiful short Inca trail; we will have a picnic lunch. After our lunch we will continue along the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, entering through the main gate of the citadel of Machu Picchu (sun gate) we will have unique and incredible views of the sunset, and we will leave Machu Picchu and go down by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night after a good dinner.
We will leave Aguas Calientes according to the schedule of our bus to Machu Picchu, and we will have a guided tour with our guide for 2:30 to 3 hours inside the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu, then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes. We will have time for lunch and wait for our train back to Ollantaytambo and the bus to Cusco.
